We want you to be fully satisfied with every AMCORE purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Request window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery if there's an issue with your order.
How it works: Because each item is sourced through a specialty supplier rather than a central warehouse, every return or refund request is reviewed individually. Reach out through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll review it and follow up with next steps.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the cost of making it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Change of mind or sizing: Reach out and we'll do our best to work out a solution on a case-by-case basis; return shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
